People are our greatest asset.  We will listen to and respect ideas from everyone and will involve our people in the decisions that affect the areas in which they work.  We will encourage and provide training and educational opportunities for our people, so that they can optimize their performance, their individual development and their contribution to the Company.

Profits are the ultimate measure of how efficiently we satisfy our customers’ desire for our products and services.  We will strive to achieve the profits required for survival and growth and to provide jobs and security for our people.

It is our goal to set a new standard for service, quality and integrity. 

It is important that BEST Agri-Marketing provide products and services that convert feed more efficiently in order to produce milk in a more cost effective manner.  This philosophy stems from our study of the products we will carry.  It is also a central part of the recommendations we make to our customers.
